The da Vinci® Xi TM Surgical System is a robotic-assisted tool that helps a doctor perform surgery more accurately through a few small incisions (cuts in the skin). Your surgeon controls the arm while seated at a computer console near the operating table. Using this technology, your care team can see a magnified 3D view of your surgical site during surgery.
